Weekend Highlights {Memorial Weekend Edition}

::Friday::

-Wine and funny stories after work - 

- Pizza dinner - 

- Watched too much ghost adventures before bed, woke up scared - 



::Saturday::

- Slept in late -

- Suckered Mitchell into writing me a blank check to pay my massive library fines -

- Root beer shake with fries -

- Met new best friends at wine and live music night at a Saratoga winery -

- Finished Dexter season 3 -



:: Sunday::

- Slept in and watched more TV while Mitchell went on a meeting -

- Sent lots of text messages explaining how bored I was -

- Walked around Santana Row feeling fancy -

- Tried pear cider at the new Yard House Restaurant -

-Saw The Hangover Part II - not great -

- More Dexter - Season 4 -



::Monday::

- Too many errands - 

- coffee and groceries -

- watched Andres Torres hit a grand slam to win the giants game - 

- Schooled Mitchell in MLB 2k11 -

- Homemade crepes for dinner -



Overall, my weekend was wonderful and restful. How was everyone else's long weekend? Busy or relaxing?

  5. Haha. I can't watch scary stuff before bed either. I told my husband I want to re-watch the bone collector and he recommended we watch it yesterday. I said "no! not until after your back from vacation...I can't sleep alone after a movie like that!" :)

  6. I've tried to convince my local library to just let me give them $20 at the beginning of the year for all the late fees that I will accumulate!

  7. Really relaxing, I went to a spa, did lots of exercise. But then ate waaaayyy too much so it was all for nothing!

  12. This sounds like a pretty wonderful weekend, save those bored texts and the Hangover2. Our was super relaxing and restful, and I'm back at work feeling like I just took a week-long vacation!

  13. Wow, so much to say. First, I LOVE that Dexter print! Your weekends sound alot like mine lately - eating, drinking and Dexter -we've been on a major Dexter kick, watching way too many in a row, but it's so fun (we're on season 3). And I love that you have massive library fees - too funny - at least you are helping fund public libraries!
