Hydrangeas
Tuesday, June 14, 2011
I have a love for hydrangeas that is second to only my love for peonies. We have them growing in my backyard at home and I love how long they bloom every spring and summer. Starting on the first few warm weeks of spring, yards around here are completely full of all different color pinks, purples, and blue flowers. A lot of the time the blooms are so big you can hardly see the leaves!

I love these flowers too. My grandma used to have some in her garden - the colours are always amazing.
Ah, yes...peonies, hydrangeas, and ranunculus... :) They are all incredibly intricate!
Hydrangeas are so pretty :) Those white ones in the mercury glass are especially gorgeous - so classy! xoxoxo brynn
I love hydrangeas...we have a bush of periwinkle ones in my backyard, I'll be sure to post pictures when they bloom!
so pretty! i love that they come in so many colors! xoxo jillian:: cornflake dreams
I'm with you! Absolutely love them. We had gorgeous blue ones for our wedding, so they always bring back happy memories for me. Ours are still just little green buds-- I love watching and waiting for them to pop!
Love the Style Me Pretty flowers! Hydrangeas definitely have the "fluffy" factor, like peonies. I love them too!
Back in Kansas the only way for me to enjoy hydrangeas is to hopefully find some at the grocery store, but in North Carolina my neighborhood is filled with them in all the gorgeous colors. You are a lady after my own heart.
These are so beautiful! I love hydrangeas! And nothing makes me happier than fresh flowers in my house :)
I just walked by my grandmothers bright coral hydrangeas on Sunday and it made me smile from ear to ear at how beautiful they are! I also saw blue ones at my friends. They're just so beautiful all bunched up!
agreed... we certainly have the same taste in flowers! peonies and hydrangeas are my favorites. I especially love when the purple and green hydrangeas are mixed in an arrangement. do you think you will include these in your wedding flowers? :)
Love em love em love em! So pretty!
Darling!
I love hydrangeas-my mom grows them along our drive, and whenever I see them I think of them!
You have great taste in flowers =) Very pretty. I had blue hydrangeas as my wedding bouquet with white stephanotis flowers with pearls. So pretty.
